摘要
文章描述了一种利用公众电话网的低成本视频监控系统的构建方法,重点介绍了前端图像采集系统的实现原理及方法。
The digital video monitor system is used widly in many industry such as bank,warehouse and security etc.In this paper,a low-cost realization based on PSTN is introduced firstly.Then the implementation scheme of the video capture and transfer sub-system is discussed.
