摘要
运用文献分析、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对国内外全国性体育社团的办公场所及办公设备情况,专职、兼职和志愿者情况,职员的年龄构成、职员的文化程度构成,管理人员来源,决策方式,国际交流,法律地位等进行比较,指出国外全国性体育社团的管理体制和运行机制给我国的经验和启示。
With the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the authors compared a lot of things about the nation wide sports asso-ciations in China to the foreign countries,such as the office place and equipment,the association members of full-time job,sideline and volunteers,as well as the age structure and education levels of staff.In addition to,something of the source of managers,decision ways,international exchange and law position were involved.Based on all of them,the authors summarized the experiences and enlightening guidances to China,which were from the overseas management system and operating mechanism.
