摘要
聚氨酯预聚体通过催化剂与环氧树脂接枝反应合成了聚氨酯改性环氧树脂。该树脂在改性胺和催化剂作用下,具有良好的施工性能和较高的强度,对极性基材和非极性PE材料具有良好的粘接性能。
A polyurethane modified epoxy resin adhesive was prepared by grafting reaction between epoxy resin and prepolymer of polyurethane with the bond of -N=C=O under catalysis. The adhesive had good workability, high compressive strength and better bonding strength for polar materials, for example iron, and non-polar materials, for example PE.
