本文论述了建设学习型社会是知识经济发展的客观要求;现代国民教育体系的主要特征及其在创建学习型社会中的作用;现代远程教育的主要优势及其在现代国民教育体系中的地位等问题。
It is a practical demand to construct a learning style society. The article focuses on the main feature of national modem educational system and its role in constructing a learning style society. It also focuses on the main advantage of modem distance education and its position in national modern educational system.
