摘要
对世界三白草科所属的4属6种植物的花粉形态进行了CO_2临界点干燥处理后的扫描电镜观察。三白草科花粉粒为具远极单槽萌发孔的,其中仅发现蕺菜属花粉群体中有约占1—3%的远极三歧槽花粉。花粉单粒,异极的,两侧对称,长球形至近球形,体积7.93×9.65—11.65×10.29μm,表面较平滑,外壁具穴状或皱穴状纹饰。本文根据三白草科的孢粉学和形态学资料,讨论了科下属间的演化关系。
The pollen morphology of all species in Saururaceae (Saururus chinensis, S. cernuus, Gymnotheca chinensis, G. involucrala, Anemopsis californica and Houttuynia cordata) has been examined under SEM, material was dehydrated in a Denton DCP-1 apparatus. The result shows: Pollen grains anasulcate, also 1-3% anatrichotomosulcate were found in the population of pollen grains in Houttuynia. Monad, heteropolar, bilateral, elliptic to globose. More or less psilate foveolate to rugulate-foveolate. Small to minute. Pollen morphology gives a support to define Horttuynia, which is more advansed genus compare with Anemopsis.
