摘要 分子印迹聚合物材料是近几年来发展起来的一种新型吸附与分离材料 ,具有预定选择性、专一识别性、高度稳定性等优点。本文对分子印迹聚合物材料的制备、在手性药物分离和药物检测中的应用进行了讨论和评述 ,并对该领域今后的发展趋势进行了展望。 Molecularly imprinted polymers are new adsorption and separation polymeric materials which have predictable and specific recognition capacities and remarkable chemical,thermal and mechanical stabilities.Their preparation and application in separation of chiral drugs and determination of medicines are reviewed and the development tendency is forecasted.
