摘要
心血管系统异位钙化是与临床心血管疾病密切相关的一种病理改变 ,主要发生于动脉血管壁及心脏瓣膜 ,可增加急性心肌梗死、血管成形术后内膜撕裂等严重临床事件的发生 ,是心血管疾病发生率及死亡率的预测因素。它与生理性骨化过程类似 ,是一个主动的、可调节的过程 ,基质Gla蛋白、骨形态发生蛋白及骨桥蛋白等参与此过程的调节。
Cardiovascular ectopic calcification,which is a kin d of pathologic alteration closely associated with clinical cardiovascular disease s,is mainly located on arterial vessel walls and cardiac valves.It is a predicto r for incidence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases and can significantly i ncrease the risk of myocardial infarction,ischemic episodes in peripheral vascul ar disease and dissection after angioplasty.It is an active,regulated process si milar to physiological bone formation,involving in matrix Gla protein、bone morp hogenic proteins and osteopontin.
