摘要
本文介绍了云南风能利用的发展和现状。论述了山区风能资源的分布特点和地形的影响。全省有效风能密度W_c≥150W/m^2,有效风速时间Te≥4000小时的地区约占总面积的50％,达到全国风能较丰富区的水平。本文对风能/太阳能/小水电资源的综合利用进行了探讨并提出建议。
In this paper, we introduced the wind energy devlopment and current situation in Yunnan Province. The wind energy resource feature, its distribution in mountain areas, and topography effect has been discussed. There are about 50% area in the Province which We(Density of wind energy)>150W/m^2 and Te(Time of effective wind speed)>4000Hr. Yunnan is rich in wind energy resource. The comprehensive exploition of wind energy/solar energy/small-scale hydropower resource was proposed.
