摘要
人工神经网络技术具有很强的非线性映射能力。用于系统的非线性建模,具有较强的优势。介绍了人工神经网络的基本原理及其在橡胶试验设计中的应用。用BP神经网络建立了橡胶配方中4种填料对SBR胶料7项性能影响的模型,通过该模型计算的结果与试验值的偏差较小,说明神经网络方法精度高,利用它建立的数学模型可靠。
The artificial neural network had the ability of (nonlinear) mapping and superiority on nonlinear modeling.The theory and application of the artificial neural network in rubber experiment were introduced.The BP neural network model was built through the effect of four fillers on seven properties of SBR compound.The calculated data of the model could fit the experimental data well.
