摘要
针对现有测控设备训练方法不足的问题,根据各种设备的特点,介绍了一种基于地理信息系统(geographic information system, GIS)的测控训练系统的设计与实现,为训练操作人员提供了多种有效的形式;阐述了系统设计与后台数据库设计的方法;探讨了利用GIS二次开发技术,实现军队训练及其效果评估的方法.实践表明:该测控训练系统具有较高的先进性和实用性.
There are short of training ways for measurment and control system in existence. In order to solve the problem, the paper introduces the design and implementation of the tracking and control training system based upon GIS(Geographic Information System) and based on the speciality of measurment and control system, with which the operator will get effective training. It elaborates the methods about how to design the system and how to design the database working in the background. It also discusses the methods about the implementation of military training and effects evaluating by using the second-development based on GIS. Practices have proved that the tracking and control training system has superior sophistication and practicability.
