在H3PO4和阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB介质中,新试剂对羧基苯基荧光酮与钼反应形成一个1∶3的红色配合物。配合物的最大吸收峰位于530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.03×105L·mol-1·cm-1;0~2μg/mLMo(Ⅵ)符合比耳定律;钼与试剂的显色反应能在室温下迅速完成,配合物吸光度至少可以稳定12h。此外显色体系还有良好的选择性,该方法已用于钢铁中微量的钼的直接测定。
A method for spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum was developed with a new reagent p-carboxyphenylfluorone,which was synthesized in our laboratory. In phosphoric acid and cation surfactant CTMAB medium, p-carboxyphenylfluorone reacted with molybdenum to form a 1∶3 red complex with an absorption maximum at 530 nm. Under optimum conditions, the reaction completed rapidly and the absorbance remained stable for at least 12 h. Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0~50 μg for Mo(Ⅵ) in 25 mL of solution.The apparent molar absorption coefficient was found to be 1.03×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The effects of various foreign ions were examined in detail. The method was applied to determine molybdenum in steel samples with a high precision and accuracy.
