摘要
欧美职业体育比较发达,通过分析、比较欧美职业体育中的法律制度发现,虽然欧美所代表的法律体系不同,但在职业体育的规范管理中体现出较多的相似性,说明这些法律的制定,符合职业体育发展的客观规律,由此保证了职业体育的快速发展。对于我国职业体育的发展有一定的借鉴意义。
s: Professional sports in American and European Countries are very developed,with the comparative research to the law system between American and European countries in professional sports, we find that there are many similarities in the regulation of professional sports in spite of different law systems which explains these laws to accord with objective law of professional sports, So these laws becomes the guarantee of development of professional sports. It is important for us to learn in professional sports of our country.
