摘要
我国在计划经济体制下建立的社会保障制度,曾极大地促进了社会生产力的发展,切实地保障了人民群众的合法权益,有力地稳定了社会秩序。但随着我国改革开放政策的逐步深化和社会主义市场经济体制的建立,原有的社会保障制度日益暴露出其不完善性,建立一个统一、规范、完善的新型社会保障制度势在必行。
The system of social security established under the system of planned economy in China has promoted the development of social productive forces greatry,secured the masses'legitimate rights and interest's conscientiously,and stabilized the social order powerfully.With deepening of reform and opening in China and establishing of the system of market economy ,the original system of social security has exposed its inperfections gradually.It is necessary to establish a unitary normal,perfect and new system of social security.
