摘要
本文通过测定时效后7475铝合金静强度、应力腐蚀及剥落腐蚀性能,并利用TEM、SEM对合金各种状态下显微组织的观察及分析,确定了影响合金腐蚀性能的主要因素及显微组织与性能之间的关系,为合金在静强度损失不大的情况下,通过调整显微组织参数大幅度提高腐蚀抗力,提供了合理确定时效工艺参数的方向。
Main factors influencing 7475 Al alloy′s corrosion properties and the relation between mierostructures and properties have been determined by testing tensile strength,sensitivity of stress corrosion cracking and exfoliation corrosion behaviour,and by observing and analysing microstructures of the alloy in various tempers with TEM and SEM.The guidance of adjusting micro-structural parameters and determining regimes of aging process is given for improving corrosion resistance greatly in the case of decreasing its strength slightly.
