摘要
对地观测卫星的结构系统中,对具有圆发生线的环形曲面提出了高的尺寸及形状精度要求。用传统方法制造,零件产生了不容忽视的误差,于是,引发了对发生线为圆、椭圆、双曲线、抛物线等的环形曲面的制造误差的分析与其精加工方法的研究。以此为目的,本文建立了此类零件制造误差的分析方法以及确定误差数值的公式;建立了各类环形曲面的数学表达式,为消除刀具切削刃引起的误差,确定了刀具切削刃轮廓曲线的数学表达式;通过计算机立体图解,充分验证了所得数学表达式的正确性。由此,使此类零件的精加工误差有效地控制在0.01mm范围内,并为实现CAD-CAM一体化施工开辟了新的途径。
In the structural system of an earth observation satellite,strict requirements on the accuracy of the shape and dimensions of a ring curved surface with a circular generating line were brought up.Error in components which could not be neglected was found when manufactured with traditional methods.This paper describes a method of analysing the manufacturing errors and precision manufacturing methods of ring curved surfaces,whose generating lines are circles,ellipses,hyperbolas,parabolas etc,provides a calculation formula to determine the numerical value of errors, and developes a mathematical expression for ring curved surfaces.In order to cancel the errors arose from the cutting edges of the tools,this paper also developes a mathematical expression for the curves of the cutting edge profiles and verifies the mathematical expression by dimensional illustration on computer.Manufacturing accuracy of components can be effectively controlled within the range of 0.1mm,opening a new way to integrated CAD-CAM system。
