摘要
对煤气热水器管壁水垢的形成原因及其化学成分进行了分析,基于煤气热水器的铜管壁构造特点,采用柠檬酸与表面活性剂复配技术,研究了用化学清洗法除去换热器的铜管壁水垢,恢复热水器性能的方法;使用该清洗方法可以有效保护煤气热水器不受强酸的化学腐蚀,同时又能够延长煤气热水器的使用寿命和提高煤气热水器的热效率。
This paper makes analysis on the causes of the formation of the sc ale deposit on pipe wall of gas water heater, based on structural features of th e copper pipe wall of gas water heater and adopting the built technique of citri c acid and surface- activator, this paper studies on the method of recovering t he performance of the water heater through removing the scale deposit on the cop per pipe wall of gas water heater by using the chemical cleaning method, using t his cleaning method can effectively prevent the gas water heater from the chemic al corrosion caused by strong acid, and still can prolong the working life of th e gas water heater and increase the thermal efficiency of the gas water heater.
