摘要
目的 根据基层医院的特点 ,探讨联系本的应用 ,提高护理质量和管理水平。方法 将科室联系本和交班本一起作为交班的内容 ,使各班护士都能了解各方面的信息 ,并根据内容进行处理。结果 使用联系本后 ,每月平均收集的内容为 2 64项 ,其中内容最多的是病人的特殊治疗和护理措施 2 40项 ,占 91%。结论 联系本制作简单、应用方便 ,弥补了基层医院护士轮班勤的缺陷 ,保证了工作的连续性和畅通 ,减少了护理失误 ,提高了护理质量和管理水平。在应用联系本的同时 ,科室的人员起决定性作用。
Objective To explore the application of contact manual,improve nursing quality and management based on the characteristics of basic level hospital.Method Put the patients’ condition and the contents which recorded in contact manual together,thus,the nurses could understand many information from other ways and to solve the problems which happened in the word immediately.Result In contact manual, there is many patients’ information.It gets about 264 piece of messages per month,and there are 240 pieces about patients’ special treatment and nursing methods,it is about 91 percent.Conclusion The method of making contact manual is very simple and using convenient.It correct the defect of turning working so fast in basic level hospital.It makes the working process continue and smooth,decreases the nursing mistakes and improves nursing quality and management.The nursing staff working in the department are the key people during using the contact manual.
