摘要
为提高护士长的管理能力 ,培养复合型的人才。对护士长采取轮转的方法 ,增强了护士长的责任感和学习热情 ,避免了人情管理 ,提高了工作质量 ,促进了人员流动 。
In order to improve the head nurses’ competence and bring up them to be general abilities, we used turning working method.It enhanced the head nurses’ responsibility,improve working quality,avoided human feeling in nursing management,facilitated staff moved and rational utilization of human resource and scheme.
