摘要
“三农”问题一直是政府及学术界关注的热点问题。没有广大农村的现代化就谈不上中国的现代化。在改革开放的最初几年 ,我国农村经济的发展虽然呈现出蓬勃发展的势头 ,但近年来 ,由于多方面的原因农村经济的发展出现了缓慢增长的态势 ,有些地方尽然出现了发展停滞甚至负增长趋势。其中一个不容忽视的问题则是农民负担问题。本文将从农民负担基本概念的界定入手 ,从经济学的角度分析了农民负担对农民生产、生活的影响 ,继而探讨了农民负担问题将产生的经济及社会后果 ,并提出解决农民负担问题的对策及建议。
The three major problems in agriculture are always being focused on both by the government and the academe,because the modernizations in China will never do without the vast modernized countries to a certain degree. In the early years of China's reform and opening,the countries' economy had developed vigorously;While in recent years,the countries' economy is growing slowly due to various reasons;furthermore,the economy has even stopped or decreased in some areas. Among them,the comparatively serious problem is the burden on the farmers,which should never be ignored. Based on the basic concept of the burden on the farmers,this paper will firstly make an analysis of its impact on the farmers' production and life from an economic perspective;then probe into the economic and social aftermath which the burden causes. At last,the paper also puts forward the countermeasures and solutions to this problem.
