摘要
网络是新型的社会文化生活空间。随着网络的日益普及,因特网在思想文化宣传乃至整个精神文明建设中的作用已经越来越强。为了在网络时代取得加强社会主义精神文明建设的主动权,必须切实加强社会主义网络文化建设。网络文化是网络时代的产物。对网络文化的产生和发展,我们不能忽视、不能回避,更不能否定,要站在时代发展的前列,以积极的态度去面对这一新文化的到来。
Internet is a new space for social culture and life. With the popularization of Internet, it has played a more and more important role in promoting culture and thoughts as well as in constructing spirit civilization. Thus we should enhance the construction of socialist network culture. We should not ignore, avoid, nor deny the appearance and development of the Internet culture, but confront the new culture positively.
