摘要
为了解森林脑炎疫源地的分布变化趋势及样本分离病毒的特性,采集了森林脑炎高发区周边的森林全沟硬蜱、血蜱样本及森林脑炎患者的脑组织样本,用小白鼠脑内接种法检测、分离病毒。分离的病毒经鉴别试验证明为森林脑炎病毒;蜱、脑两种标本检测的阳性率分别为50%和100%。结果表明森林脑炎的疫区有从林区向农业区扩散的趋势,且全沟硬蜱的带毒率较高;森脑患者的脑组织样本与蜱标本病毒的性状有差异。
In order to evaluate epidemic disease spread trend of tick-borne encephalitis(TBE)and biological characteristic of the TBE virus from a variety of specimen.we isolated the TBE virus from colletion specimen of human patients,Ixodex persulcatus and Haemophysalis concinua by the intracerebral injection method in mice.The identity test demonstrated that the isolated those of variety virus straines were TBE virus.Positive isolated rate of Ixodex persulcatus was50%and hu-man patients could reach100%in same of the test groups.The epidemiological of isolated virus showed that TBE virus were expanded from forest region to agricultural region.Ixodex persulcatus bring TBE virus at advanceder level than other Ixodidae.Biological characteristic of virus strain from human patients were compared with other virus strain,these suggests that some wild-type TBE virus strain from human patients and Ixodex persulcatus may have antigenic changes.
