摘要
低温甲醇洗工艺中脱出的硫化氢尾气含有一定的烃类物质,影响克劳斯装置的生产周期和产品质量,通过对4种脱硫剂性能的比较,选择N-甲基二乙醇胺为脱硫剂,分离出烃类物质,提高硫化氢浓度,满足克劳斯装置运行条件。
Sulphuretted hydrogen gas that separate in the process of low-temperature washing include some hydrocarbon.The hydrocarbon effect operation cycle of installation and production quality,by comparing the characteristic of four sweetening agent,choose N-methyl ethanolamine as sweetening agent,spearate hydrocarbon from sulphuretted hydrogen and raise sulphuretted hydrogen density in order to satisfy operation condition of Claus installation.
