摘要
振兴东北老工业基地的一个重要环节就是发展民营经济,而制约民营经济发展的瓶颈问题就是融资难,金融的有效需求解决不了。民间融资行为虽然有不可避免的非规范之举,但它是一种需求的无奈选择,在价值判断上既要肯定它弥补需求的积极作用,也要注重引导和规范它的非规范行为,使它沿着规范的轨迹健康运行。
A key point of rejuvenating old northeastern industrial bases is to develop civilian economy, which has the difficulty of capital fusion. Although civilian capital fusion doesn't completely conform to the standard, there is no choice for capital demand. We think it is good in making up capital demand, but we also have to direct and standardize it so that it can develop healthily according to standards.
