摘要
目的 测定脉舒静片中罗通定和利血平的含量。方法 反相高效液相色谱法。色谱条件 :C18柱 ,流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液 ( pH 6 .8) 乙腈 三乙胺 ( 5 0 0∶5 0 0∶1) ,30 %磷酸溶液调 pH至 ( 6 .8± 0 .0 5 ) ,检测波长 2 6 8nm ,流速 1.0mL·min-1,进样量 2 0μL。结果 罗通定、利血平线性范围分别为 5 0～ 4 5 0 ,1.5～ 13.5 μg·mL-1,回收率分别为 :10 0 .2 % ,10 0 .0 % ,RSD分别为1.1% ,0 .9% (n =9)。结论 本法简单、快速。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of rotundine and reserpine in Maishujing tablets. METHODS: The contents of rotundine and reserpine in Maishujing tablets were determined by RP-HPLC. A C18 colum was used. A mixture of pH 6.8 phosphate buffer, acetonitrile and triethylamine (500:500:1), adjusted with 30% phosphoric acid solution to pH (6. 8 ± 0.05) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 268 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curves for rotundine and reserpine were linear over the range of 50-450 and 1.5-13.5 μg · mL-1, respectively. The recoveries were 100.2% and 100.0% with RSD 1.1% and 0.9% (n = 9), respectively. CONCLUSION: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
