摘要
以甾体为模板的仿酶设计是近年来具有吸引力的新领域。迄今为止,有关报道不多。加拿大Guthrie等合成了3β,11β—二氨基—17β(4)咪唑基雄甾烷和甾体咪唑二聚体。
Three Steroid-Porphyrins have been synthesized and tweleve of their Co (Ⅱ). Zn(Ⅱ), Mn (Ⅱ) and Fe (Ⅱ) Complexes have also been synthesized. All these products arenew compounds. Their structures were confirmed by UV-VIS, IR. ~1H NMR spectroscopyand elementary analysis.
