钻井液用粘土稳定剂XA-1的研制与应用 被引量:7

摘要 本文介绍了新开发的一种钻井液用粘土稳定剂XA-1的合成方法,并对产品进行了室内评价及现场应用试验。结果表明,XA-1具有较强的抑制粘土分散的能力,对泥浆性能影响小,在多种钻井液体系(如聚合物不分散泥浆,分散泥浆及饱和盐水泥浆)中均能有效地控制地层造浆,抑制钻屑分散、降低井径扩大率。XA-1还具有加量少,处理的泥浆性能稳定的特点。 In this paper, the synthesis, laboratory performance evaluation and application of XA-1, a newly developed and manufactured clay stabilizer for use in drilling fluids, are presented. XA-1, being cationic condensation polymers of epihalohydrines with organic monoamines, can significantly inhibit mud yielding of clay and maintain its inhibitory effect at 90-150℃. The artificial cores are much less swelled in XA-1-treated muds than in untreated ones. It causes no obvious changes in water loss, rheologic behavior, and pH value of Na-bentonite muds when added in amount of 0.02-0.12%. The compatibility of XA-1 with commonly used mud additives is excellent. The use of XA-1 in different muds for deep strata with clay and salt troubles has led to proper control of borehole enlargement and normal drilling operations without severe downhole complications.
