摘要
目的 介绍一种治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的新方法并对其疗效进行评估。方法 从 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年应用自制跨关节带轴可活动外固定架治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折 15例 ,其中男 13例 ,女 2例 (其中 1例为双侧 )。术后至少随访半年 (平均 1年两个月 )。结果 依照主客观标准统计 ,大部分病人 (6 4 % )结果优良。常见并发症有早期手指僵硬、针道感染和复位部分丢失。结论 应用自制跨关节可动外固定架治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折疗效可靠且经济实用。
Objective To introduce a new method treating intra-articular fractures of the distal radius and to assess their effect. Methods Fifteen patients with these fractures have been treated at our hospital between 2000 and 2002 with the use of self-designed movable trans-articular fixator. There were 13 males and 2 females (1 had bilateral fractures). The patients were followed at least half year post-operatively (average one year two months).Results According to objective and subjective criteria, the majority of patients (64%) had either good or excellent results. The common complications included early finger stiffness, pin-tract infections and loss of reduction.Conclusion Using our self-designed trans-articular fixator to treat intra-articular fractures of distal radius is a reliable method and it is affordable.
