社会主义政治文明的建设有助于政治参与的扩大和民主政治的推进,政治参与的程度也影响着社会主义政治文明的建设和民主政治的发展。政治参与的扩大和政治生活的民主化是政治发展的重要目标之一。保障公民广泛的政治参与是社会主义政治文明的内在必然规定。
The construction of socialistic political civilization is beneficial to the broadening of political civilization and advancing of democratic politics. The degree of political participation also influences the construction of socialistic civilization and development of democratic politics. The broadening of political participation and democratization of political life is one of the important objectives of political development. Safeguard to the wide-scope political participation of citizens is the internal necessity of socialistic political civilization.
