摘要
铁秦线建设了计算机网络监控系统并实现了现代化管理。笔者着重介绍了计算机网络监控系统的构成、特点、设计思想、设计内容、方案实施及软件开发的要领;同时用数字引证了该系统给铁秦线的输油生产所带来的经济效益。它为我国目前尚处于一般技术水平的老管道如何实现管理的现代化探索出了一条新路。
The supervising and controlling system of computer network has been established so that the modern management realized on Tie-Qin pipeline. The author emphatically introduces the configuration, characteristics, design concept, design content and program application of such computer network supervising and controlling system, and the main points of software development. At the same time, it uses such data to prove that economical benefit has been brought by this system for the oil transportation of Tie-Qin pipeline. Thus , the article propes a new way for those old pipelines, which are in general technical condition nowa days in China, how to rea lized the modernization of manmagenet.
