本文针对中小型图书馆人力资源管理这一主题 ,论述了传统人事管理的现状。
This paper explores the subject on innovation of management of manpower resources in medium and small size libraries. It analyzes the status quo and the reasons of the backwardness of the traditional patterns of management for manpower resources. It also discusses the meaning and the solution of the manpower resources management.
