摘要
目的 评估等离子体用以处理树脂表面减小接触角提高材料润湿性的作用。方法 将树脂材料制成10mm×10mm×2mm的试件,置入等离子体处理装置中,先氩气处理10min再氧气处理10min,并对标本进行接触角测量和扫描电镜观察。结果 经等离子体处理后,树脂材料接触角明显下降,其表面细微结构无明显变化。结论 低温等离子体表面处理技术可用于提高树脂材料表面润湿性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of plasma treatment in promoting wettability of denture base acrylic resin. Methods 30 specimens were prepared and treated with Ar for ten minutes and O2 for another ten minutes in plasma equipment. Wetting angle and the surface microstructure of denture base acrylic resin were evaluated before and after plasma treatment. Results Wetting angle of plastic surface is reduced. No remarkable changes appear on the surface of the denture base acrylic resin after plasma treatment. Conclusion The plasma treatment can be used to promote the surface wettability of denture base acrylic resin.
