摘要
目的 评价善宁治疗食管和 /或胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法 选择肝硬化并食管和 /或胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的病人 5 8例 ,随机分为用善宁药物的治疗组 3 0例和用垂体后叶素治疗的对照组 2 8例进行对比观察。结果 用善宁治疗的治疗组 2 4小时的止血率为 83 .3 % ,平均止血时间为 5 .5± 4.2小时 ;用垂体后叶素治疗的对照组 2 4小时的止血率为 60 .7% ,平均止血时间为 13 .7± 4.8小时 ,两组差异有显著性。结论 善宁对治疗食管和 /或胃底静脉破裂出血的治疗近期止血效果较确切 ,疗效明显 ,优于垂体后叶素 ,而且使用安全方便 ,副作用少 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the rupture and ble eding of vein varicose of esophagus and the bottom of stomach with Sandostatin.Methods 58 patients with cirrhosis of liver plus the rupture and bleeding of vein varicose of esophagus and (or)the bottom of stomach were divided into randomized two groups.Treating group 30 cases were treated with Sandostatin.Comparison group 28 cases were treated with Posterior pituitary.To observe these two groups respectively.Results In Sandostation group the rate of hemostasis was 83.3% at 24 hours,the average time of hemostasis was 5.5±4.2 hours.In Posterior pituitary group the rate was 60.7%,and the average time was 13.7±4.8 hours.There was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Sandostation is very effective in the treatment of the rupture and bleeding of vein varicose of esophagus and (or) the bottom of stomach.It is superior to Posterior pituitary.It can be used safely and conveniently.It has little side effects.Sandostation is an ideal drug for the treating of the rupture and bleeding of vein varicose of esophagus and (or) the bottom of stomach.
