摘要 结合优化前向纠错策略和 TCP友好阻塞控制算法 ,提出了一个新的基于 Internet的实时音频数据传输策略 .该策略根据 TCP友好阻塞控制算法计算实时音频数据流在网络上可以获得的 TCP友好的传送速率 ,同时根据检测到的网络状态和计算的速率 ,利用优化前向纠错策略来计算在发送端的数据包中应该包括多少冗余信息、采用何种编码方法才能在接收端获得最好的服务质量 .实际的 We introduce an unicast real-time audio transmission scheme over the Internet combining the Optimal FEC and TCP-friendly Congestion Control. We use TCP-friendly Congestion Control scheme to estimate the expected TCP-friendly sending rate for real-time audio flows. In the mean time, we use Optimal FEC scheme to decide how many redundant information should be included in the source packet and what kind of coding schemes should be chosen for the receiver to get the highest quality according to the network conditions and the TCP-friendly rate. Real experiments in the Internet and simulations in INRIA Sophia-Antipolis show that the scheme works well.
