摘要
目的 通过对鼠脑机械创伤后测定脑皮质及海马CA2区BDNF的含量变化 ,来说明BDNF对脑创伤神经元有保护作用。方法 建立鼠脑创伤模型 ,取鼠脑用免疫组化方法测定创伤后不同时间BDNF表达含量变化。与设立的假手术对照组相比较 ,并进行组间比较。结果 创伤后鼠脑与假手术组比较BDNF表达有明显差异 ,组间比较在伤后 12h明显表达 ,2h为表达高峰期 (P <0 0 1)。
Objective To interpret the protective function of BDNF to injured neuron through measuring expression of BDNF in cerebral cortex and hippocampus CA2 of the mechanically injured rat cerebrum.Methods To establish the model of injured rat cerebrum and measure expression of BDNF in different time with the method of immunohistochemistry in injured rat cerebrum,to compare with the false operative group and to compare between both two groups.Results Expression of BDNF exist in the injured rat brain,namely,expression of BDNF obvriously increase than the false operative group.From the comparing between two groups,increasing expression time is in 1 hour to 12 hour after injury,the best time is in 1 hour to 6 hour,there is obvrious different between them(P<0 05),the peak of expressive BDNF is 2 hour(P<0 01).Conclusion BDNF can protect neuron avoid to be injured in the damaged rat brain.
