摘要
本文简单地综述了激光加工技术开发与应用情况,简介了激光相变硬化、激光施釉、激光退火、激光包层、激光表面合金化、激光切割和打孔、受激准分子激光加工等应用技术,还介绍了激光加工技术的发展趋势。
The development and application of laser processing technique is overviewed.The application technologies of laser phase-change hardening, laser enamelizing, annealing, surface alloying, cutting and hole drilling, and excited excimer laser processing are briefly introduced, and also the development tendency of the laser processing technique is described.
