摘要
作为产权制度改革的一种创新 ,越来越多的公司实施MBO (管理层收购 ) ,而随之暴露出来的问题也日益引人关注。困扰MBO的有四大突出问题 ,要使MBO成为国有资产从竞争性行业退出的有效通道 ,必须进一步完善我国的市场环境、法律环境和金融环境。
More and more companies implement MBO (Management Buy-out), since it is an innovation of the property right system reform. And the question exposed out thereupon attracts people's attention day by day. This paper, through analyzing four major perplexing problems in MBO, proposes that if we withdraw state-run assets in the competitive trade through MBO, the market environment, legal system and financial environment all need to be perfected further.
