A new Cl bleaching agen; based on NaOCl made in China is presented, which, characterised by good stability and facile application, changes selectively the mol. structure by means of the sequestration mechanism, and gives products with little fiber damages and good whiteness. Its uses in Jiamosi Flat Co., Ltd. has resulted in obvious effects and showed its industrial values.
