摘要
介绍用复合土工膜加固石砭峪水库沥青混凝土斜墙坝的方案、技术路线和设计等.通过沥青混凝土斜墙现场取样和室内试验,得到石砭峪大坝沥青混凝土的强度,应用三维有限元法计算大坝在各运行水位作用下坝体各部位的应力应变,找出多年来大坝漏水的原因.决定采用充填灌浆和铺设复合土工膜相结合的处理措施,加固处理后的大坝经多次水位升降运行,性态正常,效果明显,渗流量仅40L/s.
A detailed introduction is given to the scheme, technical line, and design for reinforcement of the Shibianyu asphalt concrete dam and its construction with the composite geomembrane. Through field sampling and laboratory tests, the strength of asphalt concrete of the Shibianyu dam is obtained, and the stress and strain in different parts of the dam under different operating water levels are calculated by use of the 3-D FEM.Furthermore,the causes of water leakage from the dam lasting many years are found out. According to the research, measures of full grouting and pavement of composite geomembrane are adopted for reinforcement of the dangerous dam. Many times’ operation of the dam with water-level rise and fall shows that the reinforced dam is in good operational condition, and that the volume of seepage is only 40 l/ s.
