摘要
目的:观察急性低氧(3d)及低氧复合运动对大鼠腓肠肌肌纤维形态以及血清肌型肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MM)和乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LDH5)活性的影响,探讨运动在骨骼肌急性低氧适应中的意义。方法:分别建立大鼠急性低氧及低氧复合运动模型,将动物随机抽签法分为单纯低氧组(A组),低氧适应性训练组(B组),常氧对照组(C组),观察腓肠肌肌纤维的形态变化,测定血清CK-MM和LDH5活性的变化。结果:单纯急性低氧条件下,大鼠腓肠肌肌纤维轻度萎缩,血清酶学改变明显,而低氧复合运动则无显著变化。A组CK-MM为(690.5±120.3)IU/L,LDH5为(8.9±2.2)IU/L,B组CK-MM为(282.7±60.7)IU/L,LDH5为(5.3±1.5)IU/L,C组CK-MM为(278.7±20.3)IU/L,LDH5为(4.8±1.2)IU/L,A组与C组比较,t=10.7,P<0.001,B组与C组比较t=0.02,P>0.05。结论:急性低氧条件下适当运动可以提高骨骼肌的低氧适应能力,起到保护骨骼肌的作用。
AIM:To study the effects of acute hypoxia and hypoxia combining exercise on gastrocnemius and activity of serum creatine kinase isoforms(CK MM)and lactate dehydrogenase isoforms(LDH5)in rats so as to explore the significance of exercise in acute hypoxia of skeletal muscle. METHODS:The acute hypoxia and hypoxia combining exercise models of rats were established. The experimental rats were divided into three groups:acute hypoxia group(group A), hypoxia combining exercise(group B) and control group(group C) by sortilege method.Morphologic changes of gastrocnemius fibre was observed and activities of serum CK MM and LDH5 were detected. RESULTS:Gastrocnemius was atrophied slightly and the activities of serum CK MM and LDH5 were increased significantly in group A as compared with the others.The activities of serum CK MM and LDH5 in group A were (690.5±120.3) IU/L and (8.9±2.2) IU/L,in group B were (282.7±60.7) IU/L and (5.3±1.5) IU/L,and in group C was (278.7±20.3) IU/L and (4.8±1.2) IU/L,respectively(t=10.7,P< 0.001 between group A and C; t=0.02,P >0.05 between group B and C). CONCLUSION:Appropriate exercise under acute hypoxia can increase the adaptability of skeletal muscle and function to prevent the skeletal muscle.
