摘要
目的:探讨推拿配合刺五加治疗脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)的疗效。方法:将明确诊断的147例CSM分为推拿组(A组)、推拿合刺五加组(B组)、刺五加组(C组),并将它们的各项指标作对照研究。结果:3组治疗均有效,从功能评定及40分评分法评价分析,B组明显优于A、C组,提示病程长短与疗效相关。结论:推拿合刺五加治疗CSM疗效肯定,并对治疗CSM具有重要的临床价值。
AIM:To study the therapeutic effect of massage manipulation combined with acanthopanax senticosus on cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM). METHODS:One hundred and forty seven patients who had been diagnosed as CSM were divided into three groups:massage manipulation therapy group(group A),massage manipulation combined with acanthopanax senticosus therapy group(group B) and acanthopanax senticosus therapy group(group C).All indexes of the three groups were observed for the further research. RESULTS:The state of disease in the three groups were all improved by using separate method.According to functional evaluation and 40 point score method,the curative effect was more remarkable in group B than in groups A and C.It was found that the duration of disease was significantly correlative with the curative effect. CONCLUSION:Massage manipulation combined with acanthopanax senticosus can effectively treat CSM.It has an important clinical value for the treatment of CSM.
