摘要
阐述了量化淬火技术的基本原理,分析研究了量化淬火的主要控制参数K、TS和Q的影响规律.量化淬火工艺实验表明,合理选择量化淬火参数可有效地改善水及水溶性淬火介质的冷却特性,从而提高淬火质量.
Description is done the controllable quenching theory for water-base quenchants, and states the principle of quantifying quenching. And three useful control factors K,Ts and Q have been given and analysised. The experiment of quantifying quenching indicate that selecting the parameter of quantifying querching in reason may amend the refrigeration characteristic of water and water-sdubility quenchant availability, and improved the quality of quenching.
