摘要
高校学报存在数量众多而整体质量不高;经费短缺、经济效益差等问题。要走出困境,必须增强读者服务意识;突出专业特色;横向联合;依托专业特色,开展多种经营。
There are many college journals but most of them do not have good quality and are short of money for management.In order to solve these problems,these journals should depend on the local colleges and combined with other journals,and should provide more services for readers and manage according to the principles of market economics.
