摘要
提高公务员素质是加强政风建设的必然要求。公务员素质的高低,关系到政府机关在人民群众中的形象和声誉,没有公务员素质的提高,政风建设就是一句空话。应采取积极对策提高公务员素质,带动政风建设根本好转。
The improvement of the qualities of public servants is an inevitable requirement for the development of government style. Whether public servants possess good qualities bears on the image and reputation of the government organs. Only by improving their qualilies, can good government style be attained. Therefore,we should take positive measures to improve their qualities and bring about a fundamental turn for the better in government style.
