摘要
中庸、中和是儒家的最高哲学范畴 ,集中体现儒家的世界观 ,更体现儒家的人生观、政治、伦理观。中庸的精义在执中、时中 ,体现儒家的最高哲学智慧 ;中庸中和 ,是“真善美”的统一 ,是儒家追求的人生与社会的理想目标。经剔除糟粕 ,扬弃改造 ,儒家中庸中和思想有多方面的现代意义。
The author argues that the ideal for moderation and the mean,highest category of the whole Confucian philosophy and wisdom,embodies the Confucian va lues regarding the world,human life,politics,and ethics,and that its quintes sence is in accord with the ideal for the truthful,the good and the beautiful. Rid of its negative notes,this ideal is still of great import in the modern wor ld.
