茄子同工酶与若干形态性状的遗传研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文对S.melongena与S.incanum种间杂交的双亲、F_1和BC_1进行了同工酶电泳分析,测定了SDH、PER、MDH和ME 4种酶的同工酶遗传特性。结果表明在双亲、F_1和BC_1中,ME酶谱表现一致;SDH、PER和MDH 3种酶的酶谱表现出明显的、有规律的差异。系统地探讨了它们的遗传特性,对它们的基因位点、等位基因数目和虚等位基因进行了适当的命名。实验还发现同工酶之间不存在遗传连锁。同时,试验所观察的多数形态性状受1对基因控制,而第一花朵着生位置和花柱长度两性状则受2对基因控制。并且发现叶刺与茎刺以及花色与茎刺间存在遗传连锁;SDH同工酶与叶基角以及花柱长度间存在遗传连锁。 Seventy-one BC1 progeies from interspecific cross, S. melongena × S. incanum, as well as both parents and F1 hybrid were analysed for 'he following four enzymes: shikimate dehydroge-nase(SDH), peroxidase(PER), malate dehydrogenasf(MDH) and malic enzyme(ME). Isozymes of first three enzymes were found to be different among the BC1 progeies, F1 hybrid and both parents in terms of their zymograms. The inheritance of these three isozymes was systematically investigated in terms of gene loci, alleles and null alleles, which were appropriately designated. The result also revealed that there was no linkage between different isozymes.The most morphological characters investigated were controlled by one gene, except for the first flower position and style length which were controlled by two genes. Two pairs of genetic linkages between leaf prickle and stem prickle, and between flower colour and stem prickle were obtained. Similar genetic linkages were also found between SDH isozyme and leaf base le, and between SDH isozyme and style length.
