SiC_W对Al_2O_3基陶瓷浓悬浮体流变性能的影响

摘要 研究了SiCW 加入至Al2 O3 基体中注凝成型料浆的流变特性。研究结果表明 :该体系表现出剪切增厚的胀流型流变特性。料浆流变性能与SiCW 掺量、SiCW 平均长度和SiCW 与浆料的混合时间有关 ;但随着SiCW 掺量的增加 ,剪切应力迅速增加 ,系统出现中断剪切现象 ;为了改善含SiCW 料浆的流变性能 ,通过在晶须表面覆盖了一层钛酸酯的憎水膜 ,降低了料浆的表观粘度和剪切应力 。 The rheological properties of gelcasting slurry of Al 2O 3 base added with SiC W were studied.The system of SiC W-Al 2O 3 was the dilatant fluid,of which viscosity increased with the increase of shear rate.The rheological parameter of the slurry was influenced by SiC W contents,the average length of SiC W and the time of mix.At the same time,the rate of stopping shear,which signed the setting,dropped with the increase of SiC W.To improve the rheological property of the slurry of SiC W-Al 2O 3 system,a hydrophobic layer of titanate coupling reagent was covered on the whisker surface,thus the dispersing property of the whisker was improved.The apparent viscosity and shear stress dropped.At the same time,the contents of the whisker can be increased.
