摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米LaFeO3光催化剂。用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜对材料的结构、粒径进行了分析和表征。通过对甲基蓝和腈纶污水的光降解分析,表明La1-xCaxFeO3具有良好的光催化活性。
A series of photocatalysts La_(1-x)Ca_xFeO_3 were synthesized by a tartaric acid sol-gel method, and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and TEM.The photodegradation were examined by using chemical oxygen demand measurements and UV-Vis spectrophotometer analytical technique. The results show that Ca-doped LaFeO_3 are of stronger photocatalytic activity.
