摘要
滴流床反应器是在工业过程中广泛应用的一类气、液、固三相催化反应装置,本文以重油加氢裂化装置(VRDS)为背景,应用人工神经网络技术建立了可用于工业实际中预测压降的模型,并分析了样本选取准则,探讨了模型的修正方法。由建模结果可以看出,该模型可满足工业要求。
Trickle bed reactors are used extensively in many gas-liquid-solid catalytic reactions in chemical processes.In this paper,the hydro-cracking equipment of a refinery plant(VRDS)was used as an example.ANN approach was studied to build an industrialpressure drop model,as well as how to select good patterns from raw data is also analyzed.And model calibration methods were dis-cussed.
