摘要
与离散制造业相比,过程工业具有大批量、连续性、高能耗等特点,根据过程工业的自身特点和复杂性,本文提出了过程工业供应链的概念,分别建立了组成该复杂供应链的物质流、能量流、信息流、资金流、工件流和人件流六大流的动态结构,并以此为基础,通过分析国内外过程工业供应链管理的研究和应用现状,建立了针对复杂过程系统的综合集成的过程工业供应链管理框架。
As compared with discrete manufacturing,process industry has special characteristics of large-batch and continuous manu-facture,with high energy and material consumption for manufacturing special product.According to this,supply chain concept ofprocess industry has been defined in this paper.Accordingly,the dynamic six-flow structures of process industry have been estab-lished,which perspectively includes material,energy,capital,information,people and unit flow structure.Besides,through analysingthe existing condition of supply chain management(SCM)theory and application for process industry,the author has put forward ametasynthesis framwork for supply chain management of process industry.
