摘要
介绍了液压挖掘机状态监测与故障诊断系统的设计思想以及软、硬件设计技术。系统分为状态监测和故障诊断两部分,前一部分实现在线的数据采集和状态显示,后一部分实现故障的离线分析和定位。
This paper has introduced the design idea for state monitoring and fault diagnosis system of hydraulic excavators and the design technology of software and hardware. System are divided two parts--state monitoring and fault diagnosis. First part complete on - line data collection and state display. Second part complete off - line analysis and orientation of fault.
